City View rooms are located in the Lanai and Tower buildings, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Please note: During guest stays, the hotel will provide light cleaning for the first two days. On the third day of your stay, linen will be changed on guest beds, along with a complete cleaning of your guest room.

Please note: B Resort & Spa will be under renovation starting mid to late November 2022 to approximately end of May 2024. During this time, the resort will close three floors of guest rooms at a time. This will provide a buffer between the occupied guest rooms and those under renovation to minimize the impact on the guest experience. The newly remodelled guestrooms will have a fresh, clean and modern style with new carpeting, window treatments, furniture and more. We anticipate the work to occur from Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm however there may be some Saturday work as well. Guests will not be accommodated in a renovated room until the entire floor has been completed, and therefore guests are not affected by unfinished projects. Whilst the pool is affected, guests may use the pool at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs.

I have not done a Tripadvisor review in a long time, but my guest relation experience was so bad I have to share. New Marriott property at Disney Springs, had a high parking rate and resort fee but wanted to check it out. I should have read the Google reviews last 30 days (still B Resort and Spa on Google) 1/3 of the reviews are 1 star for terrible customer service. Lifetime Platinum Elite, so im familiar how the process goes. Checkin, place was dead and parking lot was 10% full and still no upgrade offered. Check in was smooth and nice, got a small candy as a thank you. Room was very recently updated, but nowhere to the standard on most Renaissance properties. Bed was average at best and the shower leaked all over the place. I gor my bill in the morning and they charged me for enhanced wifi. Was told it will be taken care of and once again they billed me for it upon checking out. I called and I was told even with the $47.93 resort fee and being Platinum at Marriott its still my responsibility to pay for this fee. No manager was available when I called for the 2nd time, so i called Bonvoy and they assured me all participating properties who promote their product use the same guidelines. Bonvy called the property and they will told the same thing, Gold and high pay for enhanced wifi at this property. She couldn't believe that they got to choice what perks they offered. Now Marriott is going to file a report with this property for not using the standard they signed up for by being a Marriott related property. In addition, its the Marriott wifi prompt which clearly states under enhanced wifi "free for gold elite members or higher" Overall visit to the front desk which said it would be taken care of and the phone call after i get rebilled for it was so rude and displeasing. Long story short, its a decent hotel on a good location, nut shouldn't have a Renaissance name as its run like a middle of the road hotel and nothing of luxury which you expect with the name. Also, coffee shop not open in lobby at 7 am and told they are on break by the front desk (came by 30 minutes later and not there) Dislike the fact I wasted 30+ minutes on the phone today and time to write this, but need to share with others who are loyal to Marriott for the perks.
