What a great experience. It’s very family friendly and in a short walking distance of several small shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it especially if you have kiddos. Also there were beautiful views all over and you’re within a 10-15 minute from almost anywhere.

Don't believe the website... I was expecting a very nice resort like the room pictures show... but the rooms are not as nice as the pictures. Of course, on check-in day you're stuck because no refunds at that point. We had a garden view room. Don't believe the website... I was expecting a very nice resort like the room pictures show... but the rooms are not as nice as the pictures. Of course, on check-in day you're stuck because no refunds at that point. We had a garden view room. Walked into a hot smelly room because the small wall AC unit was off, and it never really cooled down the room sufficiently when running. Bathroom had poor ventilation, so any showers just heated up the entire living space. Sink was half clogged and would hold water for a while whenever used. Dirty carpets. Front door latched ok, but had a half inch gap top to bottom. Not great for seals or security purposes. I asked before arriving about laundry rooms. They told me there were 2.... sure, they exist. Maybe one functional unit between the two rooms. Only a couple of washers in each room, some of which were broken. So we had to just find a local laundry mat and waste our whole morning with this issue. $40 amenities fee for this kind of stuff?! I paid 1400 for 3 nights... I can stay on Disneyland property for this kind of money. Not worth the price at all. Should've just stayed at a Hilton or any other regular hotel. I felt bad for my family that I even picked this place. Won't be back. Read less

We absolutely loved this hotel. We went for my fiancé‘s 26th birthday and had an amazing time. We had to wait a little longer than expected to check in & had been passed through a few different people at the front desk, But finally, we were directed to Ben and he gave us incredible, top tier customer service. He was very apologetic for our wait and was so kind and really kicked our trip off to a great start. We were upgraded to an amazing room since it was my fiancé‘s birthday, and we were also celebrating our five year anniversary, Ben wanted to make it extra special for us. That is beyond appreciated and really took our trip to the next level. We had a whole itinerary planned out while being in Mission Bay, but this resort has so much to do, We only left one time to go to dinner outside of the hotel. The food at their restaurant Dockside 1953 is to DIE FOR!! Seriously, those fish tacos are unbelievable. I ate them every day for lunch. Our waitress one time we were there really stood out as well. Her name was Cyana and she was so kind and accommodating. I am what I like to consider a “Particular” eater…lol. I don’t like the word picky but I guess if I’m being honest I am. She worked with me and my requests and made it so I had an incredible breakfast, so many thanks to her and the culinary staff as well! My Fiancé and I played shuffleboard every night under the beautiful string lights and overall just had a truly amazing, 10/10 stay. I will definitely recommend everyone to stay here and can’t wait to come back! Read less
