This was our second visit to the hotel and it won't be our last. We were welcomed back like old friends. From the moment you make the reservation to the moment you leave is absolutely fantastic. Rima and her team make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in a cottage, which is in a great spot for everything. Both pools are gorgeous and there is an abundance of sunbeds, towels, floaties etc. The food is outstanding, lots of choice and perfectly cooked. We bought the all inclusive package and thought it was well worth it, especially as you can use it at Jack's Bar on the other side of the Island. Our room was serviced twice a day to a very high standard, lots of bottled water and fresh milk in your fridge. It was lovely to chat to Bengt and the new General Manager, Alistair, they are very evident around the property. Read less

The most idyllic Hotel, staff and location which made for one of the most relaxing holidays in a long time. We stayed in a wonderful garden and sea view junior suite (58) on the first floor with four poster bed, lounge area, large bathroom, separate toilet, single room (great as a dressing room) and large balcony. Comfortable bed and plenty of storage. A safe and smal fridge, which was stocked daily with fresh milk and bottled water. I would mention we visited at the very start of the season, late October. So the main restaurant was quiet (1 restaurant still closed), pool area 3 couples at the most and trips to Jack's bar were great (3 minute transfer) and plenty of sun beds to choose from. Main season starts 1st Nov if you like it busier (we don't). The pool areas were clean as was the garden. They are still repairing areas after storm Beryl but have done a great job. Bicycle hire. Board games. Library. Small shop selling tourist items. The concierge was simply the best arranging anything from a bespoke yatch charter, to day trips, to arranging a stay at their sister Hotel (with use of a room and facilities) for our final day. The slight disappointment was the food and service. Breakfast was plentiful with a large choice, but the service was poor and not everything arrived in a timely manner, if at all. We booked half board (the lunches in the bar and at Jacks were great, lobster rolls, club sandwiches and fries). The evening meals we found too heavy. Meat/fish with rice and vegetables. The bbq night was the best! Maybe large salads, pasta and lighter dishes (especially in the heat). We discovered we could swap our evening meal with lunch, which we took later in the day (or at Jacks) which was better for us. Overall we had a wonderful relaxing break and can highly recommend. We will definitely return. Thank you team #BequiaBeachHotel Read less
