Lifetime Titanium. Clean and nice looking facility. Bed kind of comfortable. Bathroom clean. Ample parking. Pool should be heated in the winter. Very cold. Hot tub was quite warm though. Breakfast in bistro was pretty terrible. Overcooked scramble, tasteless grits, watery on but fruit was good. No tea bags in room. Asked for one and was told we would have to walk across the busy road to the 7-Eleven and buy teabags. Not everyone drinks coffee And I would think that grabbing a teabag from the back that cost all of $.10 wouldn’t have been a problem. So I give it a fair. Read less

Please use this review as my submission for a new reality show where experts come in to fix some of the worst hotels in America. I needed a hotel for one night and out of over 400 hotels i could've chosen from in Orlando, this was the absolute worse one. The odds of choosing this are rare and for that I feel lucky. I'm not disgruntled over the $22 parking charge or the stupid destination that worked at all of the restaurants that were closed but for the fact that on top of having a 9-5 job, I got to double as a hotel housekeeper. If you have any interest in seeing if hotel housekeeping is the job for you, come to this hotel. You'll be cleaning toilet seats and the bathroom all night long. Have your pick of cleaning up short hairs off the toilet seat or just the state of the shower. After a long night's work of cleaning your room, you'll enjoy the stained bedding that at all the various levels of poor quality linens there are. And don't try to outsmart this hotel on dirty bedding by getting a room with two beds...they both will have stains. In the room are two over priced water bottles. I tell you this because you'll probably be charged for looking at them...we were! Didn't touch them, let alone drink them but got charged for them. But what about that destination fee I paid. did that cover the waters? No. And neither does having Marriott Bon Voy status. If you want to call anybody and share feedback, thoughts or even compliment them on extending the scares of Halloween into November, good luck. The number in the Marriott App is always busy, which I can only assume is due to the fact they're getting so many calls raving about the hotel. The number from Google rings, but that's it. If you do get lucky and have the opportunity to speak to someone (truly, consider yourself lucky and buy a scratch off ticket)...don't be shocked if they tell you there's nothing they can do about living in filth and providing free labor In the end, the moral of the story is if the price of a hotel seems too good to be true for a last minute deal, it is. And if you don't listen to that...just don't prepay. Because when things go wrong, you will get nothing back. (And that applies even if you still purchase through Marriott). The only good part of this stay was Connor at check in. I promised I'd write a review, and at that time I was planning on it being a good one...but here we are. If you see this, you were great and I hope you use this portion of the review as a reference so you can get a job at a better hotel that actually deserves your talent. Read less

I stay at this hotel for convenience, near a theme park. Hotel lobby nice, the room was cozy, bathroom clean, pillows might need a better firmer one at least, out the 3, too flat. Coffee option in the room, not so great, and they do not offer tea. The breakfast buffet, an ok selection, not the best, by the time you bring your plate to your table, that first bite is cold. Very greasy bacon. I didn't bother trying the coffee. The scrambled eggs too watery, is that a quality issue here? During check-in they give you a $5 voucher but you cannot use the day after for breakfast, only that night?? But location, comfy beds, A plus. Read less

But my biggest problem with this hotel is the additional charges. Others have mentioned the $5 destination fee. That's just a money grab. To be fair they give you a $5 voucher to be used on food. As we checked out we got a beverage from the "shop" by the check-in desk. After drinking it we saw that the drink was beyond its expiration date. The parking fee is outrageous. It is $22 to park outside on a surface lot. And, on top of that, you pay taxes on that $22. When booking always make sure to check the parking rate and consider that when choosing. Before we left I wrote a note in my phone... "Avoid Courtyards." This experience has not only turned me off to this hotel (we will not stay again) but to the entire Courtyard brand. Read less
