Was charged for the things I didn’t even order. Room was stinking of cigarettes when I specifically asked for a non-smoking room. Room was at the end of a very long hallway. Not worth it for the price you pay. Had to pay extra for various amenities which is usually free at the other hotel chains at this price range.

Hotel is huge. Easy to get lost. Rooms are clean- very plain beige/brown. Closet has lots of hangers. Staff helpful with directions. Restaurants are very overpriced. Italian Ravello was expensive for wine and we only got an inch of wine in the glass- service was poor. Lots of kids here for activities- we were here for work meeting. Room service… Read more

My family and I went today on 11/10/24 to attend ICE. While the sculptures are neat, this is an absolute money-grab! For 3 tickets, we spent over $200 after base price + fees (and no add-ons) to walk through the ICE display in 15 minutes tops. Parking is $40 and if you want any pictures from ICE, they are $60! For 3 tickets, we spent over $200 after base price + fees (and no add-ons) to walk through the ICE display in 15 minutes tops. Parking is $40 and if you want any pictures from ICE, they are $60! For $250+, ICE is absolutely insane to charge so much. And no need to mention "comparable resorts in the area" as...you are the only resort in the immediate area with this. So, this explains why they can (and will) charge as much as they do. Gaylord leadership should be ashamed of these ridiculous prices. All we (and other families) want to do is have a nice afternoon/evening at the convention center without breaking the bank. With everything else getting expensive, this is borderline criminal. ICE is price-gouging at its finest. We need Kamala to come over here and take a look. Astronomical prices even without add-ons, ridiculous parking rates (or you can walk 45 minutes from the mall for free...), and the gift shop has hyper-inflated pricing as well. I wanted to have a fun time here today, but am absolutely disgusted with a pit in my stomach for having been ripped off. I will gladly pay a premium price for a premium experience, which ICE is not. Do not be fooled. Save your money and skip. 100% NOT worth the price. Go downtown Nashville and have a nice dinner on Broadway instead with some nice country music. Read less

Dropped by to wander through the hotel because we were told it was quite impressive. It was but do your homework ahead of time to find the one hour free lot. Otherwise it's $37. No half hour or hour rates. The other 20 minute lots are a joke cause there's no way you can walk from your parking spot and back in under twenty. I'll never stay here… Read more
