It is a fantastic hotel. The bed was so comfortable. Morning came too soon! I hated to leave. I stay in 20 -30 hotels a year, but this one was the best! I can't wait to get back and see Tampa Bay from my window, speak with the wonderful staff, and have another deeee-licious hamburger in the 1823 restaurant. Tres Bonne! Read less

Not the most luxurious Grand Hyatt I have stayed in but still a solid hotel. Large rooms with updated bathrooms and quality bedding. Customer service is great from all staff and location on the bay is excellent with nice views. I would stay here again the next time I am in Tampa.

Absolutely beautiful resort in Tampa. We had a waterfront room with the most incredible view of the bridge, and you can see the sunset right there. Comfortable beds, large room, and so many amenities on the property. We will be back and are thankful to the staff for making this a great stay!

The overhaul of the hotel looks great. The staff, including Tanairy on the front desk, were exceptional. No real signs of damage from Milton except for the damaged boardwalk. Status recognition was good and the breakfast buffet was great.

Great hotel, excellent staff. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was somewhat separate, not close to downtown, but everything was on site. The food at the main restaurant was good, especially the breakfast. The bartenders were very friendly. The offsite restaurant is more high end and the seafood is good.
