6 days/5 nights family vacation. We arrived two days post Hurricane Beryl, so we expected a little chaos but not nearly what we encountered. Check-in was a disaster. It must’ve been 80 people waiting to check-in. The lines were so long, it was hot, no one greeted us with water or anything. When we finally got to the desk (hour 1/2 past check-in time might I add) one of our rooms still wasn’t ready. They gave us no ETA. We had to check back twice (wait in long line each time). Finally, my daughter’s room was ready at 8pm. We had a total of 3 rooms; They gave her a room like 8 buildings away from where our rooms were. I also asked for the other two rooms to be next to each other (requested 6 months in advance), and they gave us two rooms on two different floors (but in the same building). It was an inconvenience having to wait for my daughter’s shuttle to arrive when we wanted to meet as a family (which half of the time never came and she had to walk 10 mins to/from the main lobby). We were also supposed to receive a $1500 resort credit, but each time I asked (including check-in) they sent me to guest services and they said they had to “look into it” but never got back to me. I asked a total of three times. The toilet and sink kept clogging in our room. We had to keep calling maintenance, and the last time took them over 4 hours to come. The rooms and hallways wreaked of sewage smell. I did put in a complaint, and Kadesha from guest services was very accommodating for our inconvenience at check-in. Ertha was also very nice and accommodating from the world travel ( I think that’s what is was called) agency. Overall, we still managed to have a good time. Not much entertainment on the resort and food at the restaurants weren’t so great. But food at buffets were good (although I believe I got food poisoning but can’t pen-point from where). Coffee cafe was good too and had premium drinks. Everywhere else drinks were completely watered down. Not worth what we paid for all-inclusive. I was supposed to receive a survey upon check-out. Never did. Even called the resort after we arrived back to the states to ask form them to send the survey and inquired about resort credit again. They said they would email the survey and transferred my call to guest services for the resort credit but no one answered the call. The phone just rang, and rang, busy signal, then disconnected. I can’t keep calling long distance, so I guess I’ll never get my resort credit. False-advertising. Read less

We were with a wedding party and we weren’t anywhere near each other. They were unable to find my reservation; had to wait 4 hours. The rooms were okay, bathroom could’ve been cleaner. The food at the resort was average. Drinks were great, very strong!! The pools and beaches were nice!

The front desk provided inaccurate information about dining locations and room service hours. 3. Heavy rain exposed safety hazards like missing handrails and standing water. 4. Upon check-in, a family member was given a room still occupied by previous guests. 5. Room access wristbands were poorly made and required frequent adjustment. 6. The experience did not match the cost paid. 7. The stay was physically demanding due to unreliable shuttle services and lack of elevators, making it difficult for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. I had to ask someone to take my 60lb bag down 4 flights of stairs because the bell boy didn't show up. 8. We tried to order room service and were on a call for 45 mins just to order. 9. We went for a family wedding and stood and waited more than an hour at the reception area on chairs to be transported from the wedding venue (on the compound) Read less
