You’ll feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the door of the Harbor View Inn, Santa Barbara. Once the friendly staff have welcomed you to their Spanish villa-style retreat, it’s time to really chill out. Head to the oceanfront heated pool where you can relax with a cocktail, or the beach is just over the road if you prefer the ocean waves. Speaking of just over the road, Stearns Wharf is there, which is the oldest working wood wharf in California, and it offers restaurants, shops and even a small aquarium!

The harbor view hotel is a truly exquisite destination for accommodation. I initially made a reservation for two nights, but was so impressed with the experience that I extended my stay to include a third and fourth night. The hotel staff graciously accommodated my request to change rooms each day, and their warm, friendly, and courteous demeanor at the front desk made every interaction a pleasure. They even went above and beyond by extending my check-out time and arranging for a Bellman to assist with moving my luggage. Additionally, they ensured that my key always worked so that I could easily take my children to the bathroom. The staff member assigned to our needs /- the Captain of the bellmen Brandon was attentive and thoughtful, providing us with extra blankets and checking on the security of our parked cars. Their commitment to service was exemplified by Zach, who not only served us ice waters by the pool, but also brought our food up to our room after it was delivered to the lobby. He even went out of his way to get a Coke from the vending machine for my friend's son, as the restaurant had forgotten his drink. This level of service, especially when traveling alone with three children, was truly magnificent. We felt incredibly cared for, and the beautifully decorated rooms added to the overall wonderful experience of our stay. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided. Harbor View Inn exceeded our expectations. Kudos to the team there for such excellent standards. We appreciated the cleanliness, the in room design and amenities and, of course, the location, which can’t be beat. Step out your door to State Street, the ocean and restaurants. We highly recommend!

Absolutely the best location right across the street from the pier! We had an ocean view suite in the east tower which was amazing! Vaulted ceilings, two balconies, and the most comfortable bed!! The staff was fantastic and look forward to booking my next stay! 5 Star Review!

What a fantastic place! This was a great stay from start to finish - all the staff are really helpful and the room was great. Perfect location by the pier and only a 10 min walk up to the main shopping and eating district! Great to have a pool - was very quiet when we were here. A highly recommended hotel.
