I stayed here with my husband for a week while attending a work conference. There is a $55/day amenities fee and the gym is not available (under renovation) and the spa is relocated to a makeshift location. 2 of the 5 restaurants are not open due to renovation. None of this is published on the website, which would have been good to know as it would have impacted my choice to attend a conference at this location as well as managed my expectations. The food options that are open are limited and overpriced, although I will say that the bartenders at the Tiki bar make excellent cocktails. Fortunately we had a rental car and were able to go offsite for meals. There is construction going on which starts at 8am so don’t expect to sleep in on your vacation. We had 2 maintenance issues during our stay (1) tv not working, (2) air conditioning not working. Both times the front desk said they would let engineering know. Engineering never came regarding issue #1, and there was no follow up. I could go on. But the bottom line is my husband and I were very underwhelmed and we won’t be recommending this as a place our friends or family spend their money.

The resort is currently undergoing renovations which it needs but gives something to be desired at this time. Almost all the restaurants are closed and what’s open has a limited overpriced menu. The service is also quite slow. You can go to town and get food for a fraction of the price. The kids area doesn’t have much currently there. The mini golf is very rough and not worth it at this time. The room has had multiple issues. We requested a pack and play and the first one we got was broken. The one good thing is the staff is nice and tries to be helpful. The amenities they advertise aren’t great. We paid a $55/day resort fee for wifi that I can’t even browse Facebook with as well as the spa and fitness center which are currently under renovation. For the price I didn’t feel like there was anything special and don’t plan to stay again.

Beautiful views and great pools.

Beautiful views. Friendly staff. Wish they had a microwave in the hotel rooms. Needs some updates (which they were working on while we were there). Hall carpets need cleaning or replacing. Wish the pools stayed open later. Closing at sunset is a little early.
Lovely relaxing hotel

We stayed a week here as a family and had a lovely time; staff are friendly and polite at all times. The hotel has beautiful views over the sea. Main swimming pool was only busy at weekend when there was a couple of weddings at the hotel. Tiki bar made great cocktails and the bar food was good,( although expect to pay more than local restaurant prices). Huge fire pit with music on some evenings. Room was clean and towels changed every day. Room to unpack for 4 of us. Comfy beds.
Downsides- car parks get very busy at weekends so expect to park far away if you leave the hotel and come back late, carpets in main hallways are shabby, no where to hang towels in bathroom.

Great place, beautiful water view, great services, friendly staff and great room. The location is great just an hour North of Key West, relaxing residential area, feels very safe, got all you need around the area, if you like some good Cuban food just minutes away fro a great Cuban cafe con leche “La Niña”.
