Had booked 3 nights, 1-4 sep. when we got there we were told that their AC was broken but they had booked a room at The Indigo Hotel. When we got there they knew nothing about that. I have been working as a travel agent almost 30 years. In my experience the hotel book another room and we don’t have to pay that since we had payed the first hotel. We were also told that they would not charge us with the cancellation policy. We did not cancel it. It was Holiday inn.
I am very disappointed for the way they handled this case.

I have stayed I this hotel for over 20 years a d this is the worst review I've ever er written .their was no air conditioning fir ne for 5 days .my room was 90 degrees front desk .(ya ya) was so horrible to guests .the manager daniele hid in her office and let front desk folk take the flack for it all .how she got a managers job beggars belief .it's all way over her head .yet she struts about like a pea ovk with its feathers out .their was no milk at breakfast and no soap. This place is a dump now and I had to move out .I couldn't stand it anymore .Mathew on front desk was the only one who spoke kindly .the rest on that desk are so rude and horrible.valet staff are amazing as are the house keepers .I've spoke to Shirley at corporate and explained the problem With management and was assured something would be done about it and said she would keep intouch as she didn't want to loose a good customer due to arrogant managers .il be keeping my eyes out to see if this happens.until it does I won't go back to it ever till changes are made and they need to do it soon or it will be closed soon.

Beautiful Patricia's Mojitos
Aug 14, 2024Dt S
Great Hotel, clean with a friendly staff. Be sure to stop in the Lounge and have beautiful Patricia mix you a Mojito; hers are better than those I've had on Bacardi Island in Puerto Rico.
Hotel is close to the University, Botanical Garden and entertainment.
Quick two day work trip near good restaurants and Autozone Park 08/12 to 08/14

I have stayed here several times before since its a short walk to several good restaurants, including Rendezvous last night.
Unfortunately the Redbirds were away this week, so no baseball game last night.
I generally like this hotel but the bathroom in my room was quite small and the shower enclosure glass partition didn’t keep all the shower water in. It also took a long time for hot water to get to this 11th floor shower.
The bedroom was very large and the king bed very comfortable.
(Pictures of the bedroom, bathroom and shower are attached).
The dining room breakfast service could be improved also.

This was a selected hotel for my family reunion so there were over 50 of us in attendance. This hotel was not what I thought it would be and not up to standard. My sons and I stayed for 3 days and our room was only clean once. We never received clean towels and when we asked there was always a wait. We were told they were in the dryer.
Many of my family members experienced flooded rooms, no air conditioning in rooms, stolen items and so much more.
The biggest issue I had was the safety. My key wasn’t working and I went downstairs to the front desk to ask for another one. Without asking any questions or asking for id, I was issued another key.
This is not acceptable at all. The lobby doors stay open at night and there are no safes in the room. Long story short, I would not recommend this hotel at all.
