We were told the air conditioner has been broken for a month. In any normal hotel, they would cancel the events in the conference center, but this hotel decided to host a chess tournament in hot conference room surrounded by a hot lobby. This is absolutely inexcusable. It is 95F degrees outside, and about 85F inside. This is not an appropriate temperature to be hosting events. If you showed up for a business meeting, you would leave. The accommodation and all amenities were excellent, the employees were very polite and helpful. Especially the receptionist Marsha that was very comprehensive and helped our stay be as good as possible, Marsha was proactive and helped us through all of our requests! We felt welcomed and home.

Delta airlines put us up at this hotel when the flight was "extended" into the next day. Delta airlines put us up at this hotel when the flight was "extended" into the next day. It appears to be an older hotel that received a facelift, making it more of a "business" type of room with lots of chargers. The plumbing seemed older but the room was nice, sheets were quality, and the staff were very friendly and ready to greet us at the late hour we arrived. We had a nice breakfast in the lobby that was about $40 (paid with Delta vouchers). The manager of the restaurant treated us so well. We also got snacks and a bagel to go. The shuttle runs 24/7 every half hour. Both of the shuttle drivers were very friendly. This unexpected stay was a pleasant surprise. Read less

A random person walked into my locked room at 10:30pm claiming to be my roommates. We went downstairs and found out I was checked into the wrong room. I also had to go downstairs 3 times per day so that my key card could be reprogrammed to open my room door. The air conditioner did not work throughout the hotel, and this is in 90+ degree weather.… Read more

They didn’t discounts fact upon booking. They threatened to charge us for the fans that we used for our conference room. Read less

Our stay at the Holiday Inn was fantastic! Mari answered all my questions and was a great resource, making our experience even better. Her helpfulness truly stood out and enhanced our visit. Loved how close it is to the airport as well! Thank you!
