We had a great weekend stay at the hotel. Check in was quick. Room was clean and spacious. Nice patio to sit out on. Booked the romance package which was well worth it. Nice selection of pools both quiet and kid friendly. We loved the slides and lazy river. Restaurants were good especially Tarpon Bay and their fixed 4 course dinner during the summer. All the restaurants accommodated gluten free. We did the paint and sip one night which was a lot of fun. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return. Read less

The hotel sells itself with wow factors, from the decor, bay views, to the amazing pools, lazy river, slides, and lounge area, but what made it a memorable experience was the outstanding team members that work there and their true hospitality that you can really feel comes from the heart. Lisa in admin. helped make my reservation and even gave us an upgrade from the original booking. Austin was more than informative, professional, and personable during check in. Alex in housekeeping was so friendly and attentive. My daughter just turned 12 and I am definitely feeling the tween phase. From wanting to be on the phone with her friends vs. sitting on the couch or going out to run an errand with me. This trip got my baby girl back! My daughter and I held hands going down the lazy river. We got seashells braided into our hair at the braid station by the pool. We ate lunch at the Southern style kitchen where she loved the chicken and waffles. We had dinner at Tarpon Bay, where we laughed and talked about all the fun and funny stuff that happened that day, and no cell phone in sight. I will remember this stay forever and can't wait to go back! Read less
