However, I would highly encourage the front staff to be better on communicating of the automatic lock after 30 minutes on the sliding door that leads to the patio. My husband and I were unaware and got locked out. It took almost an hour to get back into our room and all the staff kept saying while we waited to get back in was “this happens all the time”. There was no signage in acknowledgment of this automatic lock as well. Although we finally got back in our room the staff did nothing to redeem themselves after mentioning they would say something about our experience. For future reference, please better communicate of this or maybe get rid of the 30 minute lock since “this happens all the time”.

Beautiful resort and definitely worth the price! It was just a few steps from the beach and wonderful places to shop and eat. The grounds are well kept and you feel like you are in a bit of paradise. The Huntington suite was magnificent! Large space and plenty of room to relax and enjoy.

Also, shout out to Mike (I think that is his name) at the pool bar. He kept a smile all day, walked around the whole pool asking if anyone needed anything, brought us water, made conversation, this man is a GEM! For someone who has worked in Hotels (including Hyatt), your staff sure knows how to go above and beyond to make someone's stay special. Cannot wait for my return!

Rooms, customer service, pools (water slide for the kids) were all great! The valet parking is $54/ night which seems ridiculous! You can’t beat this location! You can easily walk to the beach, they provide chairs, towels and umbrellas. It is a bit of a walk to the beach for those who limited mobility. The only negative was the cost of parking.

Kahil checked us in on arrival with a smile and continued to check on how our stay was going thru the week. Rod and Adam are the best pool bar servers ever! Aways look forward to seeing them. Adam is so good interacting with my grandkids. Goin miss those great tasting poolside drinks and food too! I wish I could remember the room attendants names. They both were awesome taking care of our rooms during our stay. Watertable servers also did a fantastic job! Can’t say enough about them too! Especially Phat!
