If you get an opportunity, spend a night in the Palm Suite. Absolutely amazing. The suite has everything you need. The balcony was spacious and the view was spectacular. Let's not forget the out of this world shower. The rain shower and jets wad like being in a spa.

Exceptionally clean, large bright room! Beautiful Ocean View. Big bathroom that was spotless. Good TV. Comfortable bed. Loved the large, sprawling grounds and the beach across the road is stunning. Good area, lot's of shops and restaurants. Loved our stay.

The staff was very accommodating to me arriving 5 hours early. Polite, efficient, and welcoming. Arriving at my room, housekeeping was finished in a professional way, and they were very friendly. Everything in my room was in order and clean. They did a great job and it was a wonderful stay.

The hyatt stands adjacent to the convention center with direct access. This made things very easy for us to attend our conference. It is an excellent hotel. Very clean. Very kind and efficient staff. Great views of the bay and surrounding area.
Image of the Tripadvisor rating I really enjoyed my stay and the close proximity to the attractions of Long Beach Harbor

Julie the front desk manager did an outstanding job of getting me checking in for convention. The hotel is really nice. I wish there was a full service sit down restaurant but it was easy to walk across the street to restaurants. We did drive over to ZuZus Petals for breakfast which I highly recommend also.
