I purchased a day/spa pass. Best investment for a me day. Greeted by friendly valet and front desk. Started my day off at the spa and Nicoli didn’t disappoint. He set the stage for the remainder of the day. Total relaxation. Will be recommending to friends and family.

Just finished a wonderful 4th of July weekend getaway at the JW Marco Island and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The resort’s location is stunning, quietly nestled on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Our room was clean and spacious, steps away from the beach and main pool. It was such a treat to hear the ocean from our balcony at night and enjoy the fireworks! The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the beach. It was hot – very hot – but the private beach, complete with lounge chairs and umbrellas for hotel guests, afforded an opportunity to comfortably relax while enjoying the natural beauty of the area. The food and beverage service were quick and the cold drinks were most welcome during the sunny afternoons. Dining options were plentiful with lots of options for the kids, and conveniently located to not interfere with any plans. The highlight was a sunset patio dinner at Quinn’s, complete with a fire dancing show we ended up attending nightly! Additionally, the resort offers a photography service through a company named the Photography Concierge, so we decided this was a good opportunity to get an updated professional family picture. The session itself was offered at no cost to hotel guests, with no obligation to purchase. Our photographer (Chris C.) was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and our photos turned out amazing. We could not have had a better end to the trip. Overall, our experience at the JW Marriott Marco Island exceeded our expectations. It was a fantastic blend of relaxation and luxury, while also being kid-friendly. We can’t wait to come back again soon! Read less

I’m really torn regarding if we’ll visit again. It definitely has potential Another review said it’s a cruise ship on land and I feel like that’s the perfect summary The place is PACKED I feel like if you go during a slower time, it would be wonderful But otherwise it can be overwhelming We had cabanas and daybeds everyday which was a nice refuge from the crowds but service at the daybeds was lacking, (again, I think it probably had to do with one server attempting to attend to the masses) When purchasing the daybed, they charge a 20% service fee but the gentleman who set up the umbrellas and towels advised they don’t receive that so we tip again but have a lot of questions regarding who the 20% goes to? (Food charge is separate and also includes 20%) Between the lightening alarms (it’s Florida) and someone pooping in the kids pool, my children didn’t get to enjoy the slide which was really disappointing. I get sh*t happens but to close the pool for the entire day? We spent close to ten thousand dollars at the resort in 4 days and I certainly can’t say it was worth it. Read less
