Garden Rooms are located in a U-shaped block of 20 rooms near the Dhoni Bar pool, with an indoor bathroom, wooden sundeck and a privacy screen between rooms. Sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1child, or 3 adults.


All Inclusive Plus:

Beach Villas are spacious, newly renovated individual wooden bungalows on the beach, with a beautiful view of the lagoon. Sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child, or 3 adults. 

Jacuzzi Beach Villas are wooden bungalows on the beach, featuring a bedroom with four-poster bed, a private walled-in outdoor area featuring a Jacuzzi for two, and wooden sundeck with chaise lounges. Sleeping maximum 3 adults. 

Jacuzzi Water Villas are located over-the-water, in the lagoon, with private walled-in jetty with chaise lounges, Jacuzzi and magnificent views. These rooms feature a larger bedroom with four-poster bed. Sleeping maximum 3 adults. 

Water Front Villas are located at the water’s edge, with a private walled-in outdoor area with chaise lounges and a Jacuzzi. The bedroom features a four-poster be. Sleeping maximum 3 adults. 

Two ‘all you can eat’ buffet style restaurants, Farivalhu (for guests staying at the southern end of the island) and Maalan (for guests staying at the northern end of the island, adults only). The activities, especially snorkeling and the Sunset Cruise, were simply breathtaking, showcasing the resort's stunning natural beauty. The rooms were impeccably clean and hygienic, and the entire property was meticulously maintained. The pristine beaches were a delight to explore and relax on. I stayed 6 days, 5 in a Water Front Villa and 1 in an Over Water Villa. Wonderful place, it seems a Paradise. The Kindness, the attention of the staff is the Top. Chef Marco and all the staff that prepare foods are very professional. All meals were delicious and each dinner has a theme, like Maldivian Dinner, Italian Dinner, Arabic Dinner, Japanese Dinner, Alpic Dinner, etc. I am Italian and trust me if I tell you that meals are delicious. They are very creative and they take attention to each single detail. I suggest Water Front Villa because they are very close to the sea and you can see a lot of sharks, mantas and if lucky also turtle. The Resort organizes also a complimentary snorkeling in an House Reef, 3 times per day. Very beatiful and very different type of fishes. Using one word, It is Perfect and If you want an unforgettable vacation, choose Meeru! Very thanks to all the Staff and special thanks to the cooker Ali that prepares dishes with smile and he was very Kind to explain the food type and what he was preparing in the live cooking show. Overall, staying for a week on this biggish resort island not too far from Male Airport was an excellent experience. Of course it's not comparable to the uber-luxurious resorts you find in the Maldives but this is reflected in its more modest price tag. There are almost 300 rooms and it is a bit of factory but there also are many things to do. The resort is Maldivian owned but to our surprise serves pork. Food is varied and included, the main restaurant has another theme every day and despite its factory feel it's quite good. Marco, the F&B boss is of Italian origin and seems to run a tight ship - he's literally everywhere... Hassan is probably one of the nicest waiters we have encountered on our many outings. The Asian Wok Restaurant with its more expensive à la carte menu has a much more exclusive feel and the nicest location one could imagine. Shimaah is another wonderful waiter. Overall, the staff is excellent, be it Meriam or Kirsty at the reception. They even have a friendly doctor Dr. Iqqbal on the island which came in handy. The island is very well run overall, the staff lives on the island, too and we felt they were very well treated by the owner which of course is reflected in their performance. Thumbs up! Read less

3rd trip to Meeru. Wow again. Maldives is not a cheap holiday but the value and the experience makes it so worth the trip. Every year there are new things to see but the core are the people. Everybody makes you feel like a VIP. We stay in over water villas which we usually love the peace although this year there were kids staying in over water villas so sometimes kids crying screaming did get annoying. Especially before 7am. This did not take the shine away from the Island for us. New Restaurants are very nice although we still mostly use the buffet at Farivalhu as the choice is so good. Snorkle trip to the reefs was amazing and a new experience for us which we will repeat next year. We enjoy the Golf and driving range at the Island. Mostly the natural beauty for us is why we return.
