The Pink Shell is the best place to stay on FMB! I have stayed there four times and each time has been wonderful. We LOVE the Pink Shell Resort and make a point to annually visit. It’s the employees and accommodations that keep us returning. We are retirees and love seeing the families and other adults having a great time at the resort. Their employees provide high quality, pleasant customer service by going above and beyond our expectations. We have witnessed (and experienced) them being attentive to guest’s needs and displaying a genuine commitment to ensure guests are satisfied. Their maintenance and housekeeping staff are friendly and very attentive. The resort is immaculate. The accommodations were beautifully restored post hurricane Ian and we were so happy to see the Don Roth artwork still in place when we visited in December 2023. The rooms are newly renovated and decorated in a relaxed color pallet and appointed with everything you need to make your trip comfortable and enjoyable. The high-end toiletries are a very nice touch too. The view from the rooms at any time of the day (or night) is breathtaking. The screened in balconies provide privacy to sit and enjoy the beach view. Jack’s restaurant and its breakfast buffet is a perfect way to start each day. The food selections are plentiful and the staff is very accommodating to guests with dietary and food preferences. A special “thank you” to Danielle Lee who was our server on our last visit for her humor and ability to talk “Pittsburgh-ese” with my husband. The pool area was nicely upgraded post-Ian with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas. One nice touch is the beach bag, beach lounge chairs and beach umbrellas are included in your stay which we have found is not the case at other resorts. Activities are plentiful and we especially recommend Range Rob and his kayak tours and beach walks. Rob is a genuinely great person, fun, engaging and very knowledgeable. Each time we go on one of his “excursions” we learn something new. Alan Ruberto was our valet during our recent stay and he was very attentive and efficient in attending to our car and luggage. He is also a fun person to talk to. Neil Parzick is the director of operations and he does an outstanding job managing the resort. He spent time telling us about his adventure staying onsite during hurricane Ian and showed us photos of the event. When I was interested in knowing the new paint color in the guest rooms, Neil tracked down a can of the paint and provided me the color. Talk about going above and beyond! And finally, I cannot say enough about the front desk staff. Gary Lee was so helpful when we requested ideas for things to do in Ft. Meyers during our stay. Denise Durelli is the best! She is so fun to talk to and a wealth of information about the resort and Ft. Meyers. She always makes sure our stay is going well and cheerfully greets us each time we walk through the lobby. We are looking forward to our next visit and highly recommend The Pink Shell! Read less

As always, Ranger Rob was informative and attentive. We had an amazing day and saw lots of wildlife- birds, crabs and manatees. Thanks for a great experience. Highly recommend a tour with… Read more
