Awien at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was very informative about the amenities offered at the location. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable! The hotel lobby was chic and well maintained.

We (a party of 4 belgians) did a roadtrip in the states, starting in Chicago. At this hotel we experienced the warmest welcome ever. Thank you Hetal for taking your time to help us with all our questions. The hotel itself is situated perfectly to explore the city of Chicago.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. I have no complaints about my entire experience. The bed was so comfortable after my days and nights hanging out in Chicago. Special shout out to Hefal my day check in staff and Iyonna my later front desk staff. Check out on the 14th was an ease at 4am in the morning. Sorry I forgot her name.

We enjoyed our stay. The concierge who checked us in at the hotel was very welcoming. Hetal upgraded our room and because it was our anniversary, she had a bottle of wine sent to our room. We enjoyed our stay. The concierge who checked us in at the hotel was very welcoming. Hetal upgraded our room and because it was our anniversary, she had a bottle of wine sent to our room. Also, I commented that I like the painting that was up in the lobby and to my surprise some of the key cards had that painting on the back of them. She took the time to find me a matching pair, which is really kind because now I can keep the key cards as a token from our trip. Read less

Room was clean, nice and cold, and had everything I needed. Staff were super nice from the moment I walked in the door. Brought my luggage right to my door. Check in was fast and seamless and Awien was an amazing host. She took great care of me during my stay.
