Just a short walk to Universal's Volcano Bay water theme park, and Universal's Citywalk via a guided path, or a short hop on the shuttle to all Universal parks. Transfer time from airport: 20 minutes.

Poolside Standard Rooms have views of the courtyard and pool, with 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Family Suite - Exterior Entry are 430 sq ft and have a living area separated by sliding partition, a kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave and sink, outdoor access with your own exterior entry, and 2 queen-size beds plus sofa bed, sleeping maximum 6 people.

Family Suite - Interior Entry are as above, but with access from the interior hallway only.

We loved this hotel! My family of five had plenty of room to spread out, unpack our things, and sleep in the family suite. The teen did say the pull out sofa bed was hard but he’s a teen and still slept fine enough in it. We had Walmart deliver groceries to the lobby, and used the mini fridge and micro wave to make breakfast in the room and pack… Read more
We loved this hotel! My family of five had plenty of room to spread out, unpack our things, and sleep in the family suite. We had Walmart deliver groceries to the lobby, and used the mini fridge and micro wave to make breakfast in the room and pack snacks each day to save money on park meals later. The pool area, especially the lazy river, was a hit and we never waited for a bus to or from the parks. Having direct access to Volcano Bay made that park day even better. My only complaint is that the resort is BIG and you have to walk quite a ways to go from one area to the other. But- that is to be expected when visiting Universal!!! Read less

We had a wonderful time. 7 days standard room with 2 kids. The rooms were clean and the staff were all very nice. There is a small mini fridge in the room but no microwave. Love the lazy river. It’s nice to have the bus transport to the parks. Starbucks inside the hotel is also very handy and a cheaper breakfast. Cool large rooms. Super clean and very comfortable bed. Best part tho. The lazy river on a 90 degree day after the park!

My wife and I were robbed from our personal bags out of our hotel room! Security came, and I gave them the before, and after photos showing clearly that our bags had been rummaged through… Cash was taken and Universal did nothing except lead us on to believe that they would resolve the situation.

Check your bank account!!!!We first arrived and were amazed by the atmosphere! We don’t live far so this was a weekend to celebrate our grandson’s grades. 1. We noticed we were charged twice for our room after a confirmed deposit- 2. key didn’t work so maintenance came to replace the lock and it took a few hours( he was kind, but my husband was not going to leave our room unlocked while we went to dinner.Desk told us we can rent rafts on room card for lazy river, nope! Has to be preplanned which they did not inform us when I called the desk prior to going- Next customer service agent , a man, gave us a courtesy 45 dollar meal comp- for the extra charges on our account-so I brought my husband’s dinner to our room- Food at Bayliner was great beyond my expectations. Woke up in the morning to see my card was now charged again for the room! Now , 800 over! Went to desk again, trying to patient, they put 200 on our room card, however when we got to park it didn’t work! They told me to stand in line again and check it- 50 ish people in front of me- So I’m charging everything Now, Bruna, an agent there was so very polite and professional, knowing our vacation was ruined as we had no money for fast passes because of their admitted error- ,vacation ruined, hotel ( besides Bruna) was clueless!
