I was disappointed with this resort. When we first booked through RCI, we thought this was going to be a Gold Crown type resort, which is what I was told when booking with the agent. When we arrived, the place looked deserted, and there wasn't even anyone to check us in at registration. Nobody helped us with our nine bags of luggage. The front desk clerk ended up storing our bags for us. The room had ants in the bathroom, and the unit just felt cold and unwelcoming. The overall lighting in the unit was not that great, and the appliances looked old and dingy. Read less

The check-in process took almost 2 hours, the cleaning is not the best, the air conditioning filter was very dirty and did not cool well. We rented a house with a pool in Orlando with iTrip Orlando. From 07/04 to 07/07/2024. The check-in process took almost 2 hours, the cleaning is not the best, the air conditioning filter was very dirty and did not cool well. We rented a grill for $100 and it arrived 1 day later, and we had to pay an additional $150 for pool maintenance and a damaged skimmer door for which we are not responsible based on a check they made 3 days after the check-out date. iTrip Orlando is dishonest, they give a very strict list of steps to follow and penalties for guests and the excuse they always give is that guests must understand that the problems are due to the high number of people and the high operation during the holidays. Do not use this company, they are the worst in the market. Read less

We stayed here thinking it was in one area, we were about half hour walk to our condo from check in across a busy highway with 5 cases at 9pm at night in the dark, not great when I have walking issues, the resort is spread out over miles and across 2 highways, the main building and area seems to be the only one with a bar and entertainment 😕 … Read more

We stayed here thinking it was in one area, we were about half hour walk to our condo from check in across a busy highway with 5 cases at 9pm at night in the dark, not great when I have walking issues, the resort is spread out over miles and across 2 highways, the main building and area seems to be the only one with a bar and entertainment 😕 unfortunately we had a pool half hour away with no entertainment or bar, our cindo was nice, obviously someone's home, they rent out, rugs were sticky and food in them, we had to get ubers or lyft is cheaper as nowhere near anything, not walkable, 2 chairs in small balcony for 5 adults wasn't big enough for us all to sit out as a family , positives a gated community so felt safe, condo was huge, washing machine /dryer and everything we needed, noisy neighbours with children running about upstairs, ear plugs come in useful, defo not an area if you want to ne walking distance to international drive, we won't be back THEY TAKE A £200 DEPOSIT WHICH AFTER A MONTH I HAVE NOW HAD TO OPEN A FRAUD CASE WITH MY BANK ......... From start to finish our stay at vista cay was amazing. We stayed in unit 120 on cool breeze drive and the house was amazing. Large tvs in all bed rooms, beautifully decorated, immaculately clean. From start to finish our stay at vista cay was amazing. We stayed in unit 120 on cool breeze drive and the house was amazing. Large tvs in all bed rooms, beautifully decorated, immaculately clean. We have stayed in many resorts in and around Kissimmee/orlando and this is by far the best. The staff were sooo helpful, the amenities and grounds beautifully kept, and location for universal and I drive is perfect. About a 20min drive to Disney but on quick roads and so no problems at all. We stay again in February and can’t wait!! Only slight draw back is the driveway only big enough for one car, and the curtains were on the thin side so let the light in in the mornings. I would highly recommend this accommodation for family looking for a home from home whilst on holiday in Orlando Read less

I will start by saying it’s not a bad resort but, there is a few things that were an inconvenience. One upon checking in the staff at the desk was not very welcoming at all. As far as the rooms the gaps between the headboards and mattress are annoying you loose stuff including the pillow all the time because they are so wide. The window in the living room was cracked open and would not close which during May in Florida it’s too hot. The tv and tv stands are practically on the floor and sit so low, so if you have small children be aware. They put 3 beds on our third bedroom when it was supposed to be 2 twin, I’m not complaining about a extra bed but they had it pushed against the closet and entry to the from making to where you can not shut the door to that room. If you aren’t in a building close to the pool you’re going to have a decent walk. This resort doesn’t replenish toiletries or towels/ linens… this is the first resort I’ve stayed at that does not do that. The couch sits very low and the cushions slide off all the time making it difficult to sit and stand. So if you are bringing elderly family with you just keep that in mind. We always look forward to the hot tub after long days at the park and I’m sad to say their “hot tub” was not hot at all. Over all the rooms were very clean but for my family I do not think we will be returning. Considering the unwelcoming staff and the room inconveniences. Read less
