Standard Rooms have 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Courtyard View Rooms have courtyard or lake views, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed, or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Our room wasn’t cleaned and we didn’t have clean towels. When I called room service they said they would bring up some clean ones for us. Almost 2hrs went by and we still hadn’t gotten them. I had to walk down to the lobby to address the issue.

We arrived at 2-30, greeted by a very pleasant and professional young check in girl, our room wasn't ready so we headed to the pool restaurant for late lunch. The restaurant was so nice, clean, lovely staff all smiling, the food was very good and a good price too! Had a phone call that room was ready and headed to room 4075..the room was fresh smelling, I always check the beds and pillows and I must admit they were very clean and no musty smell like other hotels we've stayed in! The housekeeping was first class, everything clean, bathroom a little small but we coped for one night. The resort was beautiful, clean pool and very refreshing after a hot day in Disney Springs, definitely retuning later on in the year. Read less

It was a very clean and wonderful experience !we went for our 23 year anniversary and the room was so beautiful and very comfortable!. If you want to go to Disney Spring it’s walking distance, great pool with a bar next to it very convenient. Guest service was great very nice.

Lady who checked us in was not kind, 350.00 in HIDDEN FEES for one week!!!! Going to find a more honest kind hotel for future stays. Rooms are very nice and spacious and hotel is nice good location to Disney springs but so are others. We will be searching for a more honest kind place but still close to Disney springs we works come back if we had to

Great room as requested. Staff in every level... amazing. Any of my concerns were met with professionalism and Great communication. The pool was amazing. This resort is a return year after year for a quick weekend to relax and unplug. Thanks for a great time.
