I know that Wyndham is not a luxury brand, but this was not a satisfying weekend break. I took my daughter for a girl weekend at Disney Springs. She wanted to spend every day at Disney Spring, so it made sense to find a hotel that was right across the street. Wyndham LBV is the closet hotel to the shopping area. The hotel is definitely in the lower middle range, although you'll pay a higher price for its convenience. The towels are cheap, the elevators have seen better days, and half of the machines in the arcade are broken. However, I will say that the staff is friendly. We stayed in a queen room. It was big enough for the two of us, with plenty of closet and drawer space. The bathroom was pretty grim with an outdated shower and the saddest shower curtain in the world. The complementary toiletries were a bit of a joke. The tiny bottles made it impossible to get any lotion or conditioner. Thankfully, I brought my own. Our room had a view of Disney Springs, and I was able to watch the drone show after my daughter went to sleep. The pool was pretty basic for a Florida resort, although younger kids might enjoy the water park. The pool towels were very worn, and the pavers around the pool got ridiculously hot. We ate at the coffee shop downstairs once, and it was unremarkable. Better to walk to the Earl of Sandwich, though. If we do another similar weekend, we'll stay at the Hilton Palace and walk a couple extra minutes. Read less

Outstanding hotel for a Disney Family vacation. We will certainly be returning. Staff were so friendly and professional. The two pools and the hot tub were a great way to unwind after a day at the parks or shopping The short walk to Disney Springs made for ease for meals and shopping.

We are currently here. First impressions as you walk in the lobby are very good. Lovely smell and bright and clean. We didn’t have a very good check in experience. The female who checked us in just couldn’t be bothered and was borderline rude. We’d had a very long day of delayed flights and lost baggage and I couldn’t remember if I’d booked adjoining rooms. We were given 2 keys. Went to our room and it was a basic room with 2 double beds. I am a travel agent and had made my booking myself so checked the details. I had booked 2 rooms. I called down to reception and the female that had checked us in basically blamed me for the mix up because I didn’t tell her on check in what I’d booked. Never have I ever had to give any hotel a break down of what I’ve booked on check in before. Finally got the rooms sorted with a bit of attitude from said reception staff. Thought let’s run a bath. No hot water! We thought possibly the time of the day. We tried to get hot water the next morning for a shower, still nothing. We did go and inform another member of reception 2 days ago. She assured me they’d get it fixed or move us. Still waiting! The rooms not in a great state of repair. We’re right next to the laundrette and it’s extremely noisy late at night when trying to relax. Clean room we had a perfect view of the drone show at Disney Springs and fireworks. Chose this place for the location to Disney Springs. Not the most updated rooms, but clean and quiet . Perfect for get away to Disney Springs.

It was just a few short minutes walk to the bridge to Disney Springs for dinner. The nightly resort and parking fee is annoying, but Wyndham did provide coupons for money off some restaurants at Disney Springs and the free shuttle service to the Disney parks. Although we didn't get to use the pool, we used the in room coffee machine and the gym downstairs has a filtered water fountain so we didn't have to buy bottled water. Joffery's coffee shop downstairs was amazing, and we didn't need it but the Sundial 24 hour shop was convenient albeit expensive. The staff were polite and helpful when we needed it, not bothersome at all. We were also able to check out an hour later than normal by simply calling the front desk the morning of check out.
