A great vacation at the Palazzo/Venetian
Nov 7, 2024Phil PLincoln, Nebraska
It is exceptionally clean with outstanding room designs. The employees from housekeeping to casino staff are professional and friendly. The choice of restaurants is great. Security keeps the property safe and limits outside people from solicitations and petty theft. It's just the nicest and best place to stay and gamble in Las Vegas.
Perfect place for the Sphere

Perfect place for the Sphere. Great hotel. Coming back in February. Nice, large rooms, clean, easy to get to. Restaurants are all really good. We stayed here so we could easily get to the Sphere to see the Eagles. Nice easy walk. The walk back was very crowded but not that bad.
Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Vegas

Second stay here and it’s still may favourite hotel in Vegas. We booked 4 nights at one of the big brand hotels as we couldn’t get all 4 days at Venetian due to conferences. The other hotels experience was horrible and we never truely relaxed so checked out after a day and a half and booked Venetian and had the time of our lives.

The casino area has the best vibe and location is perfect. You can walk to most of the attractions. Great selection of food from take away to restaurants, coffee houses to convenience stores. Staff are wonderful and super chatty. I will always stay here on my future Vegas returns. Amazing value for money

Fraudulent Resort Fees

We attended so that our entity could exhibit at NBAA, but found we received Resort Fees for items not consumed. The room has a scale that tells concierge if food or drink items are removed. As anyone would, we refrained from these items due to price. We were notified of the charges but only at checkout. We told concierge we would happily go to the room with them to show we did not consume those items. They told us it wasn't an option and that an audit would need to be completed. I told them I prefer it be conducted while I was still there, but instead received an email that the audit could take up to 96 hours. Naturally that never happened, and the charges remain. If you're going to Las Vegas, any of the other hotels will provide the same moderate service, without the echelon of Resort Fees.

Just give me in room coffee then the bad chain events would not have happened.

Unfortunately, there was no in room coffee. I run down stairs to the closest hotel Starbucks. Already 20 people lines up? Maybe offer in room coffee? After waiting 10 minutes they say they are out of coffee, can't make any drinks because of any issue.
Not wanting to hike across the casino to another location, I decided on room service.
15 minute hold. No automated option in call or online.
Another 1.5 hours for delivery.
Just because I need a cup of coffee no matter how bad it is before heading out.
Your time is not important, making $5 plus on a cup of coffee instead of offering you a $0.25 convenience is.
