Everything was o.k but the room not being ready until 10pm and had trash bags outside my room and the room was still dusty was the worst experience and they only comped the resort fees. Didn't even apologize.................................

Our stay was outstanding from the moment of check in where we received an upgrade that we weren’t aware of until we were later told, we enjoyed the pool and drinks poolside, we went out to eat and we got back and enjoyed the casino, when we arrived back at our room around 9 pm ish we noticed a noise coming from the ac unit, it literally sounded like a cricket, like something was rubbing and it was annoying to the point that we knew we weren’t going to be able to sleep like that, we called the front desk to report the issue and they sent someone over, when they arrived it was a lady and a guy on the older side, I explained to them and they first said they were hard of hearing to begin with and couldn’t hear what I was hearing, and the the guy was staring to make condescending comments to us telling us that that is how ac units work and that if we didn’t want to hear it then turn it off, otherwise that’s how ac units work and if we didn’t know now we knew, the lady started to take the cover off to get to it and it stopped for a moment, I told the guy: ok now I can’t hear it anymore and he said he never heard it to begin with, and that it was fine, wen the lady put the cover back after probably half a minute, the noise started again, I told them if they could hear it and the lady again said that because of her hearing impediment could not hear it, I asked the guy that if he notice how it stopped and then started again and he very condescending and laughing at us said again if you don’t know that is how the air works, that is when I decided to let him know that he was being rude and condescending and that he didn’t need to treat us like that, my wife got very offended and the lady was trying to defuse the situation, but at that point the guy started to get defensive saying that we didn’t need to get mad at him and that I should watch my mouth, I again asked him if he really couldn’t hear the annoying noise and he said to me: I’m not talking to you anymore and walked out of the room, so I called the front desk again while the lady was trying to stop me from doing it saying that it wasn’t necessary, when front desk picked up I explained what just happened and the person just offered EAR PLUGS, I told her that was unacceptable and we were not going to be able to sleep like that, she explained she couldn’t get us another room and threw in our face that we even were given an upgrade, so my wife got even more mad and was gonna go to front desk directly to resolve the situation, again I told the front desk lady that it was very unacceptable and she finally gave us another room, we got to the other and oh lord no noise in that room, luckily I did take video of the room with the noise and the other without for proof if necessary, after that everything went fine, but it did leave a very bad taste in out mouths to an otherwise pleasant stay,I truly wish this gets to someone higher up and it gets resolved so no other guests get treated like we were treated, I think I would recommend people to stay at this resort if things like that won’t happen to them, but I have to be honest in this review and it had to be said. Suite was not cleaned properly in arrival. Not only did they not have the suite available at 3pm but upon entry clothes tags were left on the floor and my 15 month was chewing on it which is a dangerous choking hazard. The bathroom drain was full of hair and the shower wall had a white thick substance on the floor and walls.
