In the heart of Whistler Village just steps from both the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas. Transfer time from Vancouver Airport: 2 hours.

158 rooms on 3 floors in 1 building. All rooms with HD flat-screen cable TV with pay films and games*, mini-fridge, tea/coffee-making facilities, complimentary WiFi access and hairdryer. Crystal Rooms have breathtaking mountain and village views and come with either 1 king-size bed sleeping maximum 2 adults or 2 double beds sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Deluxe Studio Rooms are equipped with microwave, sink and mini-fridge and are located in the Lodge Wing. These rooms are more spacious and luxurious with 2 queen-size beds or 1 king-size bed plus sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Old Spaghetti Factory (open for lunch and dinner), Beacon Pub & Eatery (local cuisine, open for lunch and dinner), and Basalt Wine & Salumeria. Crystal Lounge Bar and Starbucks™. Great location. The hotel is nice, clean, and very pet friendly. We also used the hot tub and pool. I thought that I was going to get cold, but it was not at all; it was a very pleasant and enjoyable afternoon. Also, the elevator from my room to the outside was direct.

Everything was great but the air conditioning unit inside the unit was LOUD. The temperature was originally set at 24 when we came in but we turned it down as we end the evening to go to bed as we don't require high temp at night time. Amazing stay experience. I really like the modern style deco and interior of our room. And everywhere is so clean. The bed was super comfortable. AC and heater was working as they should be. All the stuff was very friendly and helpful. It was an off- season then the price was very reasonable for those high quality services. Very satisfied.

Everyone was friendly. Rooms were well equipped, nice and clean. Beds very comfortable. Right in the village, close to everything. Doggy friendly. Lots to do with tons of walking/hiking, biking options. Restaurants and pubs steps away. Pool, hot tub, sauna and gym Loved my stay

My girlfriend and I stayed here for her birthday, the front desk crew surprised us with a hand written birthday card and gift and went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of. Room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Hope to stay here again when the lifts are running as they seem to be the perfect spot for the winter experience… Read more
