In the heart of Whistler Village just steps from both the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas. Transfer time from Vancouver Airport: 2 hours.

158 rooms on 3 floors in 1 building. All rooms with HD flat-screen cable TV with pay films and games*, mini-fridge, tea/coffee-making facilities, complimentary WiFi access and hairdryer. Crystal Rooms have breathtaking mountain and village views and come with either 1 king-size bed sleeping maximum 2 adults or 2 double beds sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Deluxe Studio Rooms are equipped with microwave, sink and mini-fridge and are located in the Lodge Wing. These rooms are more spacious and luxurious with 2 queen-size beds or 1 king-size bed plus sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Old Spaghetti Factory (open for lunch and dinner), Beacon Pub & Eatery (local cuisine, open for lunch and dinner), and Basalt Wine & Salumeria. Crystal Lounge Bar and Starbucks™. Very nice and spacious loft room! I thought it was an awesome feature to have two doors, one leading from the upstairs and one separate for the downstairs. Very nice view from the balcony as well. Would be nice to know that the snacks and drinks are for purchase, many hotels offer these complementary.

Room was huge! Bed was super comfortable, had such a great sleep! Most comfortable pillows! Love the soap and lotions they have, smells so nice! My friend had called the hotel and had them put flowers and chocolates in my room for a birthday surprise and they were absolutely beautiful!

The hotel is my favourite in Whistler - its very well priced in the off season and the amenities are always great. Staff are great at their jobs, and seem to be happy - excellent prompt customer service. Beds are comfy, sheets feel nice, lots of pillows on the beds and everything is always very clean. Cant beat the location.

Nice big bed, lots of pillows. Nice bathroom. On the third floor, so hot water takes a little longer. Parking is in through a back ally if you want hotel underground $34/night Modern TV, bedside clocks Good view of the mountains Clean, well taken care of. Great staff. Will stay here again
