764 rooms on 9 floors in 3 wings with 8 lifts. All with satellite TV with pay-per-view films, WiFi Internet access*, telephone, tea/coffee-making facilities, safe, hairdryer and iron and board. Fairmont Rooms with 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Rooms are larger with either 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed or 2 queen-size beds sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Junior Suites have 1 king-size bed and a sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Fairmont Gold Rooms are located on the 4th and 5th floors with private check-in and access to exclusive Fairmont Gold Lounge which offers continental breakfast, tea and coffee and complimentary evening canapés (5:00pm–7:00pm), rooms have either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds and sleep maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

We visited the spa at the Banff springs. What a great experience as always. Had massages from doei & Mandy they were both excellent. What a lovely relaxing day. Ashley, the manager is such a lovely person made us feel so special.. Banff springs is always a treat to visit!

A true magical experience with high end service from valet to checkout and all things in between. This Fairmont team can not do enough for you. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and well stocked vanity items. Elevators are fast even though they are old. The pool area is lovely and even though the pool is smaller and well used there is room for everyone as it is 95 degrees so not for swimming, more for relaxing. Read less

We went for my mother’s birthday and it’s probably the only time I’ll be able to stay here so we took advantage of it. It’s very luxurious all over the resort’s public areas but I found the rooms small for the price point.
