764 rooms on 9 floors in 3 wings with 8 lifts. All with satellite TV with pay-per-view films, WiFi Internet access*, telephone, tea/coffee-making facilities, safe, hairdryer and iron and board. Fairmont Rooms with 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Rooms are larger with either 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed or 2 queen-size beds sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Junior Suites have 1 king-size bed and a sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

History and class in one spot Stayed in golf key floor simply outstanding the vie from the room was stunning. The room was small but worked fine for us. The service on Gold key floor superb. Quentin was especially helpful and very friendly . Excellent breakfast and lunch on site.

We stayed here as part of a Rocky Mountaineer Gold Leaf trip. This iconic hotel definitely lives up to the hype - beautiful and excellent service. We stayed in the older part of the hotel and our room was a little on the small side but we had a gorgeous view overlooking the Bow River and the mountains. We stayed here as part of a Rocky Mountaineer Gold Leaf trip. This iconic hotel definitely lives up to the hype - beautiful and excellent service. We stayed in the older part of the hotel and our room was a little on the small side but we had a gorgeous view overlooking the Bow River and the mountains. Our traveling companions were in the Gate House part of the hotel - their room was a little bigger with a fireplace. We dined in the bar with food from Castello's - excellent pounded veal chop parmigiana. We ate breakfast in the Vermillion room at the buffett 3 mornings - excellent as well. We were busy our 4 days there so we didn't spend much time in the hotel or avail ourselves of any of the other guest services ( would have loved to do tea but time did not allow). Exceptional service from the bar staff. A fantastic mountain view from our room. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. A lovely building, the history tour was well worth it.

Our 2 night stay here as part of our Canada and USA tour was amazing. An iconic hotel, which was the highlight of our holiday. The buffet breakfast was amazing, service from the staff was first class. Loved every second here. The bed was very comfortable, amenities are fabulous, took me ages to work out how to use the coffee machine!
