We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was fantastic and the room was lovely (and quiet). We liked it so much that we booked another stay for Christmas. Highly recommend, especially if you are traveling with a pet. This is our new go to hotel in Jasper.

Well appointed room. The bathroom is clean , spacious and loved the walk-in shower. Ideal for self-catering. With everything you need for food storage, preparation and cooking. There's even a dishwasher. Morning coffee on the patio, looking out to the mountains, was a great start to the day.

If you want a hotel that once they have your money refuses to give any of it back even though you are giving them plenty of notice and have already paid many thousands of dollars to stay up until the last day I recommend you stay here. If you want a hotel that once they have your money refuses to give any of it back even though you are giving them plenty of notice and have already paid many thousands of dollars to stay up until the last day I recommend you stay here. We were told that if we wanted to check out early from prepaid rooms we had to go through the booking agent. When we did they were told that we could NOT be refunded our last night (job finished unexpectedly early ) on all of our rooms. The agent explained that we are very good and loyal customers and asked them to reconsider. They refused. Read less

Jasper has been through such a terrible time and it did feel like the hotel was just getting back to normal. The room was good with a kitchenette. Clean and roomy. Breakfast and dinner did not suit us, but you can cater for yourself here. There was parking at the hotel close to the rooms.
