All rooms have air-conditioning, 37" plasma TV, complimentary WiFi access, telephone, MP3 alarm clock/radio, tea/coffee making facilities, safe, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers and iron and board. Hilton Rooms have 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size beds, or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Some have balconies.

Studios have a kitchenette and either 1 king-size bed or 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Whistler Junior Suites have a balcony, wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen, 1 king-size bed plus a double sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Hilton Family Combo Rooms consist of interconnecting Hilton Rooms and Whistler Junior Suites. This room type is the ideal solution for any family requiring some additional space with the added luxury of a full kitchen and wood burning fireplace. Complete with 2 double beds, 1 king-size bed and a double sleeper sofa. These rooms are on a request only basis.

Absolutely loved staying at the hotel in Whistler. Customer service was top notch !!! Even though they were under renovation, it was a very pleasant stay ! Our room was clean, quiet and spacious! The spa was incredible! Highly recommend!!! And the best was having a fire at the end of our busy day of playing, hiking, eating and drinking!!!!

A very good mid-market/premium option that is suitable for an activity-based trip in the summer. Rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel has all amenities required. The hotel has an in-house sports bar that is ostensibly the go-to place for youngsters in town. If you are looking for a social ambiance this is your place, although those looking for a relaxing drink may want to look elsewhere. The location is very good, a stone’s throw from the main village square, gondolas and the golf club. There is a mountain bike store on-site for those seeking some adventure. Tennis also available although equipment was quite poor. Overall, we would consider it again when revisiting. Read less

Upon check-in, the front desk attendant was cold and unfriendly. Although he became slightly more personable by the end of our interaction, the initial encounter set a negative tone for our stay. When we returned to collect our keys, after being notified that our room was ready, his behavior was particularly concerning. Despite being available, he put his hand out to stop us from approaching and proceeded to assist another guest behind us without explanation. This left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Additionally, we had trouble with our room key not working in the elevator. A front desk manager seemed visibly annoyed when we asked for help. Her unfriendly demeanor continued when she came to assist us, and despite our attempts to thank her and apologize for the inconvenience, she scoffed and walked away without a word. The lack of courtesy was disappointing, and during checkout, she didn’t even ask about our stay, let alone exchange pleasantries. On a positive note, Cory from the front desk, who helped resolve an issue with our room after check-in, was professional, sincere, and a true credit to the brand. Hisano at the front desk was also helpful and kind, which we greatly appreciated. However, the overall service we received from most staff members was far below what we are accustomed to. We frequently stay at Fairmont and Four Seasons properties in Whistler, and while Hilton is rated similarly, the service at this location did not measure up. The lack of customer service and basic friendliness was disappointing. With so many hotel options, I hope the management at Hilton Whistler will address these concerns to ensure future guests receive an appropriate level of service. Read less

For the $300CDN something price i paid sheets where stained dust inside coffee maker and for some reason didnt have soap / toileties only thing good was the location this hotel should not be charging resort fees on top of the over 300 it costs a might on the weekend
