18th Bday

Went there for my sister's 18th birthday and they surprised her with a comp cake in the room with candles, she loved it. The hotel is near the village, so we were always walking around. The breakfast was good but there wasn't many options. The pool was too small, so the kids were the only ones enjoying it while it was hot summer.
Wonderful Visit

Great location, steps to the village!
Desk staff were warm and friendly.
Maddi in the restaurant was amazing. She greeted us warmly each morning and asked about our days and gave recommendations for our adventures. Maddi even remembered our morning drink preferences. Hilton is lucky to have a fantastic person like her working for them!
Front staff so welcoming and knowledgeable!

Getting to our Hilton Whistler resort and spa hotel after a long day of travel with a fantastic welcoming from Natalia and Elizabeth at the front desk. Extremely knowledgeable and super helpful for things to do over the next few days. Their natural friendliness really helped settle us in after the travels. Thanks

Typically grand ski resort hotel. I only stayed because we had a conference there and they provided an onsite conference and accomodation price off season.

I would like to highlight a couple of points that were particularly disappointing during my stay. Firstly, I was very unhappy with the service provided by your concierge staff.
They were not only unhelpful but also rude, which significantly affected my experience. I expect a higher level of professionalism and courtesy from a Hilton hotel, and this left a lasting negative impression. Secondly, the condition of the bed was unacceptable. As I mentioned in my initial email, the bed was broken and dirty, which made my stay uncomfortable. I have attached a photo for your reference to underscore the severity of this issue. While I understand that early check-in is subject to availability, these other concerns — particularly the uncleanliness and poor staff attitude — were far more problematic and should be addressed immediately. I look forward to hearing how Hilton intends to resolve these issues and ensure a better experience for guests in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
