Big thanks to the overall team, everyone from the guys on the front drive, to the Market & Sierra (food & beverage) staff, front desk, housekeeping and everyone in between - all the way up to the GM. I can clearly see that the customers come first at this property and that it's flawlessly managed from the top down.

The bartender on swing shift in the casino should keep his personal problems at the door, instead of telling the staff though.… Read more

My hubby and I decided to make the drive to North Lake Tahoe from California. We only stayed a few nights and it was just a no fuss relaxing weekend getaway and we truly enjoyed our stay. Our stay was brief, but we were pleased and will return, we recommend it.
