In the heart of North Conway, New Hampshire. Adjacent to the Settlers Green Outlet Village. 5-minute drive to Cranmore, 45 minutes to Loon, 40 minutes to Bretton Woods and 1 hour to Cannon. Driving time from Boston Logan International Airport: 2 hours 30 minutes.

200 modern and comfortable rooms on 4 floors with 3 lifts. All with air-conditioning, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, mini-microwave, iron and board, hairdryer and safe. Standard Rooms are 350 sq ft and have 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

We chose the North Conway Grand as its location was close to story land and Santa’s village. It was the perfect location for our family to stay. The room was great and accommodated the whole family

Based on the price of a stay, we expected better. Heat didn't seem to work in the room. Room was not made up in the AM, we had to call for service when we returned late in the day. Directions to operate the spa were misleading so we couldn't use it.

A nice place to stay. It was adjacent to the outlet shopping centre and a short drive to many hiking trails. Bed was very confortable and the room was quiet. We will stay there when we return next Fall.

Location is great, near all shops and food. Seems to be about 15-20 mins away from everything you would want to do in the mountains. Food is subpar, staff is very friendly. Ac units in the room rumble quite some bit, so if you are a lite sleeper, it will wake you up
