I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always had great experiences, but this recent visit was disappointing. On the positive side, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, there was a group of children from a hockey team staying, and they were constantly running around unsupervised, playing tag and being extremely loud in the hallways. It was hard to relax with that kind of noise. The mixed drinks at the hotel bar were also disappointing—small and not worth the price. Breakfast wasn’t any better, with poor options that fell below the usual standard I’ve come to expect here. To top it off, I left a text and an email regarding some items I accidentally left behind, and I haven’t received any response. It’s disheartening to see such a decline in quality and service. I hope the hotel can address these issues and get back to its former standards. The current price isn’t worth the stay. There are better options in the area. Read less

Very nice location. A pleasant surprise was that the bar/pub area was open this visit. Check in counter employees were very accommodating and kind. The bartender was also very kind. One negative comment, the heating/ac unit and bathroom vent were caked in dust.

This Hotel never disappoints. From the minute you walk in it has a warm inviting environment. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms and facilities are kept clean and maintained. Being in the heart of the Settlers Green is also a huge plus, we liked not traveling more than 1 minute down the road for all our meals out.
