We had dinner at Edge for our one year anniversary. Our server Gilbert was awesome, very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. Food in general was amazing, totally worth it. Highlight were the smoked Manhattan, and the gold eye of ribeye. Such a unique experience.

This resort is very well taken care of and luxurious. Gigi at the front desk assisted us with an upgrade to our room and was very knowledgeable about the resort. She took extra time to show us where everything was located around the resort. Out stay here has been outstanding with valet and concierge service for everything. -Jeff K

We live Westgate and have came up here a lot. This time we booked through a 3rd party and that ended up having complications, but Abbie handled it perfectly and saved our trip! We love the pools and adult relaxation area, beds are always comfortable and rooms clean and well kept. Customer service is fantastic

We choose this resort because of how much thought/time/effort goes into the activities for our kids. Every morning they have non stop activities. Ornament making, painting, bingo, pages to color. And I could go on and on. It is the main and sole reason we choose this resort.

Upon arrival at the Westgate in Park City, Utah, we were warmly welcomed by Gigi and Maria, who went above and beyond to upgrade us to a newly remodeled room. The room itself was tasteful, comfortable, and well-appointed, with cozy beds that made for a restful stay. The rest of the staff was phenomenal as well—helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with any needs. Now for the downside: I headed down to the “Owners Lounge” to grab some coffee and donuts and ask a few questions, but was immediately approached by their sales team. It felt like they had watched Glengarry Glen Ross one too many times, as I was hit with high-pressure sales tactics, urging me to upgrade my timeshare right then and there, with the added threat that the offer wouldn’t be available later. The experience was overly aggressive and left me feeling uncomfortable, which soured what was otherwise a great stay. Overall, if you can avoid the sales pitch and get one of the upgraded premium rooms, the resort is very nice. Just be cautious of the sales team in the lounge! Read less
