A very experienced Hyatt traveller, stayed for 6 nights and service by housekeeping team member ELENA, who has done above and beyond day after day, servicing the Suite in an outstanding, professional manner. Well done Elena ! Overall this property stands out as great value for money for both property itself as well as the service

Super comfortable bed, nice room, great lobby for hanging out, and tasty free coffee!!!! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Bathroom shower is really neat, and even when the room itself is small, the layout is perfect for my solo trip to a Convention.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for our first trip to America, which was located just off Hollywood Blvd. overall the hotel was amazing, the bed was super comfy, room was clean and the shower was amazing. We ate at the restaurant attached for the two nights we were in LA, the food was fantastic. The pool on the roof was brilliant, it allowed you to escape the hustle of the busy LA life. My only negative is location, the hotel is situated just of Hollywood Blvd. The whole of Hollywood Blvd is completely run down and at times my wife and I did not feel safe, but it is definitely worth a visit. However the hotel is honestly fantastic, it’s probably the best hotel we stayed in for our time in America. Read less
